I've tried to give them multiple chances thinking maybe the first or second time they were just having a bad day, but it's a constant reoccurrence of our food being undercooked. If you want to avoid getting violently ill since they're not checking the quality of their food or if their food is cooked, I would recommend staying away from this place. On the bright side , they at least gave me my money back.

They had one person working the line with no sense of urgency at all. The person standing at the cashier not even helping out. It’s sad but that’s corporate America anymore. Run a promo but don’t actually want to give anything away.

At checkout I ordered a bag of chips as well. I proceeded to drive home and realized my chips were very soggy and cold. I drove back to ask for a new bag. Those chips were cold and soggy as well. I call customer service line, since they were not able to take phone calls at the actual restaurant. The man on the help line did nothing except make a report and didn’t offer any other resolution. Very frustrated. I am very patient with fast food workers, because I have worked that before, but it’s very disappointing when not only is the wait long, but the food is bad and the help line does nothing.
