  I have always loved chipotle, especially their steak, but tonight it was awful! I ordered 2 steak bowls to go. The person making it went to the back to get the steak, I thought that was odd because they usually get it from the container you see or get it fresh from the cook, but instead they left and then came back. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but when I got home and we started eating our bowls, we both noticed the steak tasted off and then when we looked at it, we noticed it was not pink like normal either. I went all the way back to return the bowls because we did not want to eat it after that. When I got there and told the cashier, she went and got the person who made the bowls, and then I told them. They said that is what their steak looks like and they do not give refunds. I insisted on a refund and they finally went and got the manager and gave me my money back, and then I went somewhere else to get our dinner. That really ruined Chipotle for us, and I will never eat there again !

  Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. Everything was cold , portions were tiny . Seasoning was off . Basically I had beans and salsa

  I just lived through the Chipotle Hunger Games. I ordered a burrito bowl and apparently also signed up for a portion control experiment. Half a scoop of rice. When I asked for more, they looked at me like I had just asked them to donate a kidney. They added, I kid you not, maybe seven grains of rice. A generous sprinkle of disappointment. Then came the chicken. Calling it “a serving” feels generous. It was like they waved the spoon over the bowl and said, “you can smell it.” And the fajita veggies? Who is cutting these? There was an entire onion in my bowl. Not sliced, barely sautéed, just one whole existential onion staring back at me like it knew I had made a mistake. So yeah, if you’re craving an Onion Surprise with Rice Dust and Chicken Fragments, this is your spot. Otherwise, save your $12 and just whisper “burrito bowl” into the wind. You’ll get the same satisfaction.

  Food was ordered from here, we went to go pick it up, not only was it missing chips that we ordered, we paid for extra steak and extra rice on EVERY bowl(3 bowls to be exact), we didn’t have any of it. One bowl was a third of a bowl, one was half, the other was the only one that at least seemed decent. The one with a third of a bowl barely had steak and the steak that was in there was not only missing seasoning, it was FROZEN. The one that was half barely had any rice or beans, only the stuff that was asked to be put on it and some pieces of steak, it was more a bowl of sour cream than anything else. Not getting anything from here again, not like it matters whether or not we eat here, but previous times even going in and ordering or just online pick-up or delivery, all experiences have been terrible. My family will not be returning here anytime soon if this business wants to act that way each time. $57+ for barely anything.
