Both the fries and chicken wings were ice cold and hardened - as if the food had sat out for over an hour. It’s so hardened and cold, that it’s completely inedible. I will absolutely never purchase food from this location again. Absolutely disgusting!

Burger was so dry and overcooked and then the mcdonalds reference, the burger was smothered in mayonnaise. So disgusting. Forgot sauces for my chicken dippers and the chicken is so dry too. Ive never had issues from buffalo wild wings but this right here is going to make me stop ordering from here or visiting the restaurant. This is the quality of food they allow go out of their kitchen? Very disappointing.
