- DFDirk Flatbush3 days ago1.0We ate at the Loveland location on 1/9/26. Our total came to $21.46 for a chicken sandwich, a roast beef and cheddar a couple of drinks and 2 orders of curly fries. We no sooner sat down and our food was ready.The reason it was ready so quick is because it was already sitting there. We were served cold rubbery fries and barley warm sandwiches. The kicker is when I returned the fries to the counter, they all of a sudden had fresh fries. I asked the manager why they served us cold food and her reply was they wanted to use up what they had before making more.so she knew she was serving old cold food. We frequent this location often and have never had an experience like this.some higher up should counsel this manager on good customer service.

And every single one of these reviews are replied by the same sad, I won't actually do anything to change crap responses. This is exactly why people widely hate and take all this crap about them. NEVER COME HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

- SSSarah ShamirJan 3, 20262.0The evening shift sucks. Day crew is nice and chatty. Night crew doesn't even say welcome to Arby's. Parked me for chicken, will take 5mins... I'm waiting it's been 12 and my fiance went in and has been waiting almost 5mins. Just watched staff who cleaned the bathroom, take the trash out after and then go being the counter and bag food. Gross.
