Mexican Restaurant
At El Diablo, our journey began in 2021 with humble beginnings as a taco food truck, bringing authentic Mexican flavors to the streets of Fort Collins, Colorado. Back then, we were known as El Diablo, and our mission was simple: to serve the best, most flavorful Mexican tacos to our community. Word quickly spread about our delicious tacos, made with fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes, earning us a reputation as the go-to spot for Mexican street food.
In response to overwhelming support from our customers, we took the next step in our journey by opening our very first restaurant in Fort Collins. With a passion for delivering an authentic dining experience, our restaurant became a local favorite, offering what many consider the best tacos in town.
Fast forward to 2024, and our story continues to grow. We're proud to open our new location in Loveland, Colorado: El Diablo Taco Bar. While we continue to stay true to our roots, bringing authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality to each guest, our new taco bar offers an expanded menu and a vibrant dining atmosphere. We're excited to share this new chapter with you as we keep serving up the flavors that have made El Diablo a beloved name.

Usually me and my best friend eat fast so we leave within a hour or so. We stayed for 2 hours that's how nice it was. From the food being homemade tasting to the drinks tasting like...[insert emperors new groove meme here 😋🤌] delicious! The waitress was nice and accommodating as well! When our regular spot shut down in Longmont we had to try here and I gotta say. IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. We are definitely. If not we ME. I am definitely coming back! If you like your food authentic, delicious and the automosphere was just a touch up👌 . If you don't believe me then go see for yourselves. The cook knows what he's doing

We are sad that it took us so long to know about this place, but our Spanish teacher recommended it and it did not disappoint! Our waiter was great, he was so kind and also very helpful and patient as we practiced our Spanish while we enjoyed delicious food!
