  This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever ate at. All employees suck at their job, the burritos I get are always rolled into a ball and fall apart 2 bites in, they never have any ingredients and half scoop everything. I recommend training if that’s even possible for every single employee there because yall are terrible.

  Ordered a chicken quesadilla… and opened this soggy, halfway cut, cold cheese blob. Walked back in and showed them what I got and quesadilla on website. Only response, ‘ thats the new way we make it and you can pay for side sour cream and salsa if you want it added’. Thank you Chipotle for letting me know the cold cheese blob is your new quesadilla standard!

  First off, when I got to the line, I asked the lady how are you and got an uh uh response back.... Very rude. On top of that, the cashier stepped in to help and under portioned me on all my salsas/guacamole and then charged me for 2 sides when I asked my salsa on the side for one of my bowls instead of on the bowl itself. Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with chipotle.

  I never thought I’d say this, but after tonight I may never go back to Chipotle Mexican Grill again—and that’s sad because it used to be one of my favorite places. My family went in around 8 PM. Earlier in the day they had run a 1-hour BOGO promotion, and it seemed like the restaurant never recovered. By the time we reached the line they were out of multiple ingredients. We waited 15 minutes for chicken, only for several orders to still come out incomplete. My son’s meal was missing items, my husband’s bowl was missing multiple ingredients, and they ran out of cheese while we were standing there. When it was my turn, they warmed my tortillas for three tacos but then told me the chicken had to go to online orders and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. At that point I had already paid, my family’s food was cold and incomplete, and I never even received my own meal. I ended up leaving and going to Chick-fil-A, where my order was fresh, warm, and complete. I contacted customer service asking for a refund since I never received my food. The best they could offer was another BOGO coupon. Extremely disappointing experience and easily the worst service I’ve had in years at Chipotle. What happened to taking care of your customers? day 2 follow up after i was told yo go back thru pepper to resolve my issue. Both times i went 20 minutes with no response and the conversation ended without a resolution. I took screen shots this time. Chipotle what has happened to you?

  The chicken and vegetables were very salty. I didn't like the taste much; it was below average. But the branch, location and staff were good.
