  I was told I could only have one Arbys sauce do due a shortage. That's why Arbys is good is because of the sauce! Cold fries too.

  I BM ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich. Mind you I am not the one that labels it’s as 1/2 pound. Yesterday’s sandwich weighed 6 ounces. Today’s 1/2 pound weighed 7.2. So disappointing. And not to mention this was a remake order after getting cold food yesterday in an attempt to “push” out orders. People would much rather have their order right and fresh over fast, wrong or cold. Last time going to this location in Loveland.

  We sat in the drive thru tonight at 8:45 for several minutes without acknowledgement. We pulled backward and forward to see if we would be noticed, but still no response. We turned the car off and waited a few minutes more, finally just saying "hello" into the microphone. The person on duty rudely said they would be with us shortly, but we still just sat there and our order was never taken. We ultimately reversed and left. There were only two cars at the window and no customers inside. Disappointing.

  Night crew at tbis location is terrible. So slow. They take for ever to take an order. I arrived 5 min after a received a delivery order and it wasn't even started yet. Don't eat here in the evening.
