  Didn’t have a desire to work there, never put in fresh vegetables, always was on phone, never put enough to make a good sandwich, asked for extra pickles and gave me 3, vegetables looked like they have been sitting out all day, tomatoes were soggy, worse service, thought we were going to get sick eating the food because of how bad it looked, wanted to leave the line mid ordering because of service and looks on things, threw away food and decided on somewhere else

  Horrible service. Ordered got confirmation , be ready drove 20 mins to get food. Got there said order didn’t go through should have been cancelled. Charged my card no refund yet. I wouldn’t honor order that I made and would make the sandwiches. Recommend never go to this subway again. I could have driven the other direction to different subway if I would have been contacted. Had issue similar issue at another subway and they called and apologized and offer alternative. This one just rude…stated can help with technology.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been coming to this location for many years. The customer service and food quality have gone steadily down with each visit, to the point that I felt I needed to leave a review. Ordered a cheesy garlic steak sandwich. The guy who made it just grabbed very small handfuls of meat and tossed it on the sandwich. Cut to the veggie guy after toasting and told him I wanted everything listed as coming on that sandwich, sauces, Subkrunch, etc. He looked at me and said I can't add anything to it, I can only take stuff off. I'm like, I'm sorry, isn't your motto "Have it your way"? Blank stare. I said dude, the SubKrunch comes with this sandwich. He looks at me and says is that all? I'm like yeah, just what's supposed to be on the sandwich. He then wraps it up, minus the SubKrunch, brings it to the cashier and gave it a squeeze as he put it down. At that point, I just decided rasing hell over it wasn't worth it, so I took my flattened, crappy sandwich and left. I will not be returning here. There are much better sandwich shops just down the road from this place. 100% recommend people eat elsewhere.

  Very poor customer service from both gentlemen that greeted my wife and i.Both had very bad attitudes,poor work ethic..we asked them for dine in and gave me take out horrible,and i repeat HORRIBLE place to eat

  Daniel was very kind and helpful! We got two veggie sandwiches with strange specifications. He wasn't weirded out by our odd request and helped us with everything. Thank you Daniel!!
