- TLTeens LifeMar 25, 20261.0I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at this store. While shopping, I approached the deli counter to place a simple order. Unfortunately, the deli manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt unfairly judged and, at times, the interaction came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. Also The manager does not treat either customers or staff with respect. It’s very clear there’s a high turnover rate, as there are always new employees who seem untrained and unsure of what they’re doing. This leads to long wait times, frequent mistakes with orders, and an overall frustrating experience.This experience was upsetting and unacceptable. Customers should feel welcomed and treated fairly, regardless of the situation. I expect better from a business that serves the public.I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed appropriately. At the very least, I hope steps will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.
