Need two packets of ketchup for my first but nothing is out for customers to grab, only one person at the counter, and she made me wait in line as she waited for a manager to come correct an order she over charged a different customer for. Stood there doing nothing for a.couple minutes. Finally manager comes and makes the correction. Then she reaches right below where she had been standing there doing nothing and grabs my ketchup. The place I'd a joke and they charge you a quarter for the bag! Then they also packed no napkins and or course, there are none to grab in the lobby. The place is a joke! WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE
