The meat fridges went out, which I was told last time happens regularly, and there was a handwritten note at the meat counter that he was at lunch. So I had to go to another grocery store, which obviously I should have done to begin with. This isn't an outlier. This is an example of how everything runs here. Grossly understaffed, and the staff that's there (perhaps understandably) isn't much concerned about their duties.

Would like to also give a shout out to the gentleman in the pharmacy department either Micheal or Mark that helped me out with my heartburn as well, led me in the right direction, got me something that took care of it within about 15 to 20 minutes and thank you very much for that. It is much appreciated to see good help out there. The names possibly are incorrect, but I would like to give a shout out again to the awesome staff I encountered today. I was in there at about 5:30 PM. October 9th and thank you guys very much for being awesome!!! 😎
- SSStephanie SmithOct 1, 20252.0They are understaffed here and it’s a problem. Most of the employees that I see are nice I guess, but I usually only see two or three employees during rush hour. They only have one cashier if that open at any given time. I honestly don’t know how they stay open. I bought 4 $10 ready made or ready to cook meals, two salmon and one steak fajita, one meat loaf and they were all old and bad. The fajita one was rancid. I also bought organic blackberries and organic raspberries and they were all moldy. I bought sushi and it was old, this is the second time. I wasted about $60 on spoiled food at this store. I don’t have time to constantly bring in spoiled/moldy food and ask for a refund or replacement. I am getting really frustrated because this seems to be an ongoing issue at groceries stores here and in Boulder. Be very careful with these food items at this store. I won’t be purchasing any of them anymore except maybe the Macaroni and cheese side because I am desperate but also scared, I don’t want to get food poisoning. I am too scared to buy their premade deli sandwiches because of these reasons.
