At 12:17 I texted the app ‘Where is Pizza’ and, being a bot it texted back it’s being checked at 11:40 - so I text it and say ‘that is 37 minutes ago.’ Immediately get a text saying my driver is on the way. He got to the door at 12:37 although the app updated and said my order was completed at 12:30. Things happen, drivers are doing their best, but lukewarm pizza is not really what we were wanting. The app offers a free pizza in response to this experience - a refund would’ve been nicer.
