More than half the times they hadn't even started making the order until after I showed up. If they were busy when i went to pickup the order I would understand. They were not busy. Several times I had to ask them about my pickup order before theh started making it. If you go here dont order ahead of time. There is no point.

Online reporting system, calling the store, and chatbot all failed at redressing grievances. Online kept timing out and resetting. Calling the store the helpful lady with very difficult name hung up on us after about 2 minutes. Chatbot just didn’t work at all messages didn’t go through. Really can’t emphasize how dissatisfied we were with this experience from this chipotle and caution others about this location. Update: filed order complaint through instacart, got 2$ uber eats credit so 1 kids entree 2 chips and 2 juices doesn’t meet refund criteria… won’t be using any of these services in the future and do hope your kids get the food they need whoever you decide to go with
