Yes, it is a franchise, but come on, take some pride in what you do and the quality of it. Came in for a drink, decided to try the mozz and marinara. If you like bland tomato water with oil soaked fried cheese, this will be right up your alley. But seeing as how no one on the planet enjoys tomato water, I doubt anyone would enjoy oil soaked cheese either. Also, if you order a glass of wine, do yourself a favor and ask when the bottle was opened. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell that the red wine I ordered had turned to vinegar. I'm not trying to shame anyone for what they have done, because I'm sure some of the guys on the line are talented, but someone needs to be doing daily quality checks. Not to mention the manager I saw walking around was only interested in telling stories about past serving experiences from prior restaurants he's worked at. Yes, I was a professional chef for a long time, so for all the non restaurant folk out there take my a advice and spend your money locally. And don t believe the girl telling people she's from Georgia, she most definitely isn't, she's just trying to make you feel comfortable with a fake accent

The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make my dining experience outstanding. Even though they no longer have my favorite side dish (Cavatappi Amatriciana), the staff did everything they could to help me though the trauma of losing the side dish that was the main reason for dinning at Carrabba's! The replacement side was ok but not memorable enough to make me want to keep coming back every time I'm in the area like the Cavatappi Amatriciana did.
