  Updated on June 29: It is apparent that the new ownership of this restaurant are very cheap and cutting a lot of corners and it is angering and alienating regular customers like my family from ever visiting this restaurant again. I foresee this restaurant going out of business very soon. We have eaten at Carrabba's in Louisville, Colorado, for over 20 years, and we always enjoyed their delicious and good value Italian dishes. Except last week we had an unpleasant experience that hopefully their new owners will read this and rectify their issues very soon before they are forced to close down. Our lentil soup was watery, the main pasta dishes came in cold and when we requested grated cheese our waitress brought a very small bowl with pre-grated Parmesan cheese that was hardly enough for just one dish. When I requested more cheese the poor waitress mentioned that she cannot bring more grated cheese as she is just following the new owner's orders. I found this very poor way to treat customers and it also appears very frugal and cheap. Shame on the new ownership of this restaurant. Disappointingly the food quality has gone way down, it is not the same good quality as before this new ownership took over. I doubt this restaurant can stay in business for long if they do not fix their issues quickly and improve the quality of their food. We have to look for better restaurants now. Update: We went to this restaurant again last week as we wanted to give them another chance. Sadly we did not notice any improvements at all. It will not be surprising to see this restaurant close down and go out of business. We heard that the new owners bought almost all Carrabba's restaurants in the West. I wonder how their other restaurants in other locations are faring?

  Excellent grilled dinner. We also happened to catch the eat one and take one special so we took home pasta dinners to eat on Christmas. It worked out great and the pasta dinners were just as good as the grilled.
