  My family and I went on a busy Friday night and our service was excellent. Our drinks were never low and our server was very attentive. She was serving multiple tables with large parties including mine and she did not miss one beat. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I'd do it without hesitation!

  We have had many good experiences with Carrabbas, with the exception of our most recent one. Our main issue was with how the wait and management staff handled our drink order. I had bought my 28 year old wife a drink at the bar while waiting to be seated. When we were seated the waiter asked to see my wife's ID. Unfortunately, after going through her purse, she realized that she had accidently left her id at home. The waiter immediately called the manager over to our table who said they had to take the drink away. They didn't even offer to reimburse us for the drink until we asked about it. When we were refunded the money, the manager decide to let us know that "I shouldn't be giving you this money back anyway. You're the one that broke the law.' He then ran off, without letting me get another word in. I would like to know when I became a criminal for simply buying my wife, who is of legal age, a drink. I understand he was doing his job, but the way he handled the situation was very poor. He was very rude and accusatory to us for doing something which we could have done at any other restaurant without any problems. I am very dissatisfied with this encounter and do not plan on visiting a Carrabbas again in the near future.
