Always long wait times, even with no cars in the drive thru, the staff act like they're too busy to pay you any attention. I placed a mobile order, when I arrived to pick it up inside, the order was made and sitting there ready. 2 people walked in before me and were both helped immediately, as I sit there getting annoyed. After a minute or 2, I had to be assertive about my order. The food was room temperature and soggy. How is this location even still open!?

I can just envision this lady swaying side to side nonchalantly putting one, two, three, four scoops of beans in my burrito thanks a lot for the bean tortilla but it’s not what I ordered

The staff is EXTREMELY rude; orders are always wrong, and items are constantly missing. Service takes forever—even if they see you or you speak to them, they won't come over. When you try to buy desserts, they often don't have any, yet they fail to tell you—they just charge you for them anyway. The restaurant is always dirty and never gets cleaned; it is *always* like this. Drive-thru customers constantly have to come inside to pick up food that was missing from their orders.
This happens every single time I visit, and whenever you try to complain about something, the staff acts very rudely.
If they can't do things right, they should hire staff members who actually want to work and do their jobs properly.
Has gone way downhill! Ordered inside on kiosk waited 15 min and then they said don’t have your order. Other customers also standing around. Had homeless sitting in store. Service has gone down 90% at this location. Suggest avoiding this location and going to another!
