  I used the app and still had to wait just as long. What's the point of ordering ahead if drive thru would have been faster? @mcdonalds No, I'm not going to contact you to provide feedback.

  We waited in the drive through for over 12 mins. We ordered and paid and didn't recieve our receipt. The second window directed us to a parking spot we waited 15 minutes for our food. We were missing half our drinks. We had to wait for our milkshake, apple juice and mcflurry. We didn't realize we were missing our 10 piece nuggets. The nuggets we did have were burnt and our fries were soggy and cold. I paID over $30 for crappy food.

  This mcdonalds is always nice and kind but yall are lowkey disappointing with the mcflurry ice-cream. I went to the drive thru and had me wait for the icream but then hand me this and run off. I did not even get a chance to let her know. Know i understand the rush and that they mind have alot in there mind but please do not rip people off. We payed 4 dollars expecting good (we usually sometimes get good ones, this was the worst) ice cream and they hand me it mid full.

  I always use the McDonald's app, and in this case when I got to McDonald's the gentleman taking orders would not confirm or deny my app order. I proceeded to the window to ask if I was okay to go through and the man kept saying, "I don't know what's going on,,, you're order won't go through." I kept asking if there was something I could do, but he was so distraught, at not knowing what to do, that he wouldn't address me. A manager finally came to the window and said, "oh, your order doesn't go through because it's not paid for." I pulled up the app and proceeded to show her my receipt, which stated that my order was paid and the app had provided me the code. The manager suggested to cancel my app order on their end, redo my order, and charge me, AGAIN! NEVER DID SHE GIVE ME A REASONABLE EXPLANATION OF WHAT WAS GOING ON, APOLOGIZE, OR AT LEAST OFFER TO MAKE MY ORDER GOOD. NOTHING. Her recommendation was to cancel, order at the window, & charge me again. Unbelievable!!!! All of that drama for 1 iced coffee AMC 10 PC nuggets! Never going back!
