I walked in to pick up my order and no one was wearing gloves dealing with the food, putting my food in the bag with no gloves and putting my food into the trays them self with no gloves this is nasty and needs to be addressed

I was served wings that were visibly pink in the center after biting into them, indicating they were undercooked. After opening the containers, I also discovered a significant amount of liquid pooled inside, leaving the wings soggy and unappetizing.
I contacted the store immediately. A remake was offered, but after being served undercooked chicken, I did not feel comfortable having the same location prepare another order. I was also told I would need to wait until the next day to speak with a manager.
Undercooked chicken is a health concern, not a preference issue. This experience raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control.

Usually I have not complains about this place, I buy food at least once a week or every two weeks. Today I walked in to place an order, but the guy who help me was very irritated and looking at me like he wanted me to leave, it was about 25 minutes before you guys close I get it but I went after work so I expected a better customer services, they were saying rude things to each other about us and making mad faces. And the last thing that I found it was very offensive and impolite was that he never asked for my name I just wrote “guey” I speak Spanish like him and I know that means “aswhole” honestly I’m probably not coming back to this place at least not soon. Btw they even didn’t mix the sauce with the wings they just dropped the sauce on top when they were in the box.

I just stopped in to grab some of my favorite wings and was disappointed to find out I was sent home with a different flavor than i ordered and was marked. The wings in this box are definitely not "hot honey"
