The past three times I have been here, I have waited 45 minutes for a generally simple order while being the only people in the lobby, while watching 30+ cars makes their rounds around the drive through all getting their food and me getting nothing. Nobody is paying attention to the counter, so food delivery drivers are sitting there, wasting time and money because they're either so understaffed or just don't care, or are purposely ignoring people to keep the drive through flowing.
Meanwhile everyone inside is waiting FOREVER.
Additionally, the food will cause a stomach ache. Not the normal stomach ache that extra fiber and meat does, but the kind of stomach ache that tells me we are not labeling things, we are serving old food, things are being left out most likely, 2 hours is when bacteria forms on food when sitting out, and after 4 hours it needs to be thrown away. The manager is likely doing this to save money, and that's how you kill people, silly.
I may report to Ecolab and maybe corporate should come check it out because this is pretty bad. Hire more people, serve fresher food, and prioritize your customers and not your wallet.
Also, if people keep quitting, its because management is out of touch with reality. I haven't seen the same people working the last few times, and that's alwasy due to bad management.
