The guy in the drivethrough around noon is super friendly and food has been decent most times but I had an awful experience there recently The shell on the cool ranch doritos locos taco tasted like weird rotten confetti stuff, like it was super old or molded/contaminated or something. I went to the lady up front and said "hey I don't need a refund or anything but I just wanted to let you know there's something wrong with the shell of this taco, it tastes bad" She looked at me annoyed like I was an idiot and said "it's cool ranch." as if I didn't know what I ordered so I tried to say "I know, there's something wrong with it" but she turned her attention away from me back towards whatever she was doing at the front. I threw my trash away and as I walked out I said "I know it's cool ranch, I just wanted to let you know there's something wrong with it" and was ignored again. I tried to report the issue on the taco bell app since I placed the order there, and it wouldn't let me put in the complaint without an order number. I could not find an order number anywhere associated with that order in my order history so I couldn't even push that through. I work at a gas station so I understand very well how it is being disrespected by angry customers and so I absolutely was being as polite and respectful as I could. She had no reason to respond to me the way she did and it was pretty upsetting. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant but it costs nothing to have common courtesy with people.

Shock. Damn it, would anyone from management come and see all this big horror in this small building? Are you out of your mind??? How is this possible? Filth, restrooms, a kitchen you can see from the cash registers… Service that doesn't exist. Once again: HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I don't understand how this works? Or maybe you got food poisoning from those tacos from this place? 🤢 -100*

Seriously this Taco Bell actually takes pride in their work clearly I’ve been dying here for over two months now I’m an owner of a Smith & Carver Plumbing Heating Drain. The staff here takes really good care of how the food comes out. It’s no joke.
