I went to the lady up front and said "hey I don't need a refund or anything but I just wanted to let you know there's something wrong with the shell of this taco, it tastes bad" She looked at me annoyed like I was an idiot and said "it's cool ranch." as if I didn't know what I ordered so I tried to say "I know, there's something wrong with it" but she turned her attention away from me back towards whatever she was doing at the front. I threw my trash away and as I walked out I said "I know it's cool ranch, I just wanted to let you know there's something wrong with it" and was ignored again. I tried to report the issue on the taco bell app since I placed the order there, and it wouldn't let me put in the complaint without an order number. I could not find an order number anywhere associated with that order in my order history so I couldn't even push that through. I work at a gas station so I understand very well how it is being disrespected by angry customers and so I absolutely was being as polite and respectful as I could. She had no reason to respond to me the way she did and it was pretty upsetting. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant but it costs nothing to have common courtesy with people.
