They spend so much time sending they're "secret shoppers";trying to bust stop lifters I'm assuming. I tried so hard to make this my Store. Safeway in Steamboat is the Best. Longmont is despicable. I value y money and with they app I pride myself on only buying discounted items. So I scan items as I go, I clip all the deals , the last 3 experiences I was rushed and felt like my discounted were not honored and with Facts and photos in hand I have spent too much precious time going to get the $150plus that should have been done when I checked out. Every time I go in the manager "isn't around or whatever" 3 terrible shopping experience along with the fools that should know me by name by now must profile me as a possible thief and follow me around like clock work. So since I Do Not Steal but that Store does I think they should be criminalized for stealing from me. If the old guy with white ninja jeep Cherokee is they're fearless leader they need to reevaluate. Also thyre discounted section never has anything good in it . As far as Safeways go it receives minus1, Steamboat Springs gets 5 rating. P.s the Ken Pratt store had the best staff when they were on strike last summer.

Ok, I know this is a first world problem, but I am livid. I needed to grocery shop today. Pulled into King Soopers but then remembered Safeway’s free turkey offer and I want that so off I head.
I absolutely HATE that Safeway makes you “clip” deals electronically before you can get the deal, but I check and double check that I have the turkey clicked. I shop. See the free turkey sign and scan it in store to be extra sure. As far as I can tell, everything is clipped.
I shop and pay. Go to car. Turkey isn’t free. Go to Customer Service. Lady first looks at receipt and says, “well, dairy isn’t included.” I ask where it says that. She says it’s never included. I say that should be noted somewhere. (Apparently it’s somewhere on the website but nowhere on the app). Regardless, I spent $268 on groceries. So I’m fine. She argues and huffs and puffs. She takes my phone then says. You didn’t click the coupon. I said I did everything I knew how to do. She says. YOU HAD TO CLICK THE PICTURE OF THE TURKEY AND CLIP THE COUPON THAT THEN COMES UP. Are you kidding me?!?! No free turkey is worth this nonsense. 🤬🤬☹️😂😭
