Everything was great, but my ribeye was over cooked to medium well, and I ordered medium rare. I told the server and she had another one prepared immediately, I asked her if she wanted the over cooked steak back and she told me to keep it. it seemed very quickly (within 5 minutes) she came out with another ribeye, and when I cut into it it was medium rare. I asked her if she stole another customer's ribeye that was already cooking and she said she did. So I was very satisfied that A.) she didn't waste the over cooked ribeye and let me keep it, and B.) the pace of which I receieved the second ribeye. Everything was great, I was very full and satisfied.
