The guacamole appetizer is large and served with chips in a crispy taco shell like a taco salad. There are many different "top shelf" tequilas to choose from and the mixes are just right. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish their salsa would be a little spicer. Being from Texas I like it "hot" but theirs is obviously homemade and very fresh.

The service is always excellent and the food is delicious. I have tried both restaurants in Longmont and they both have been great.

He actually complimented the waitress on the food. I really enjoyed what I had, too. Definitely worth driving up from Lafayette to eat here.
