I was greeted immediately by her upon being seated. Brenda was professional, engaging, and provided expedient service. I noted that additionally she appeared to a manager of sorts-directing and guiding fellow employees in their duties. There was no official "Manager" on site, but Brenda had everything under control. The food was warm and tasty. The customers were in a great mood, and the atmosphere was very positive. All in all-a great ding experience.

For appetizers we did the fried calamari and I have to say it was delicious. I really liked the sauce they made with it. Don't for get to ask for drink menu. Really good Margaritas! Wife had cucumber and i had mango chamoy. Both where very delicious. Food wise I ordered the mocajete carne and 1 chili relleno, and wife ordered carne Asada. I was really surprised and there is a reason why they are so busy. It was freaking delicious!!! If I am ever in longmont again I will most likely stop here to eat. I would reccomend eating here.
