  I've never had Jimmy John's before. A new one opened in Frederick Colorado, thought I'd give it a try. Ordered online, two Fan Feast boxed meals (8" sub, side, dessert, pickle spear) and requested the subs to be toasted. Picked up, neither sub was toasted and neither had a pickle. Sub was nothing special. Not a great first impression for me.

  Not worth it. Goto subway. More bang for your buck. Got a Cubano. Had 2 slices of ham and some bacon. Rip off.

  I walked in and the guy yelled “WE SHOULD KILL ALL CANCER PARENTS”. At 6:10pm, Nov 11, 2025. I am appalled and disgusted by the people Jimmy John’s choses to employ.

  Absolutely the rudest manager I have ever come across. I never write reviews and he was horrific. Not going back to this store. My online order did not go through and they nearly refused to remake it for me. Remade it incorrectly and had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Horrible.
