Be careful using cards here. Multiple customers have reported unauthorized charges after visiting this location. Check your bank statements closely.

I am extremely impressed with this Dunkin Donuts. I am impressed with the team, and customer service. 1.9.25 I had a strange charge on my account. I called the store. They apologize and said this was a known issue then asked me to stop by and they would issue a refund. The woman I spoke with on the phone was professional and diffused my anxiety. :) I went in and they issued the refund. However, when I was in store, the entire team was fantastic and engaged with me. All who were not focused on a task greeted me upon entry. The manager who issued the refund was incredible this time and incredible last time. She went above and beyond in the transaction we had previously, and above and beyond in refunding me. (To corporate: you better take care of this store and this team. They are driving the excellence you no doubt have as part of your mission statement. These 2 interactions will ensure I return to the store even though I really shouldn’t be eating doughnuts ;) ) Thank you to the Ken Pratt team for going above and beyond. Kind Regards

Card tap compromised. Declined in drive through and had me run again. Weeks later fraudulent charges on card at same location.

I’m rating this one star solely because of the unnecessary and ridiculous tipping prompt at checkout for a fast-food restaurant. To be clear, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, our food was made within minutes, and everything tasted fresh and delicious—exactly what you expect from Dunkin’. For a family of four, we spent about $21 on six donuts, a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a hot chocolate to share, which is perfectly reasonable. That said, being asked to tip at a fast-food counter is completely inappropriate. I fully support tipping in sit-down restaurants and always tip at least 20%. I also understand tipping for delivery services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or pizza delivery—those make sense. But Dunkin’ Donuts is not a fine-dining restaurant. There is no table service, and customers are standing at the counter ordering fast food. The tip prompt is awkward, uncomfortable, and unnecessary—especially for families who can only afford to eat out once or twice a month. Fast-food companies should pay their employees properly instead of putting customers in an uncomfortable position or making workers rely on tips to make up the difference. The food and staff were great, but the forced tipping culture in fast-food restaurants is absolutely ridiculous and needs to stop.
