When it’s my turn I ask if they have fresh guac in the back. They proceed to pull out three other pans of brown guacamole. I’ve worked in food before I understand avocado will brown but these were clearly from the day before. I’ve never seen grosser guac at a chipotle … anyways the guy who looks at them proceeds to smirk and ask his manager if they have fresh guac in the back to which the manager responds that this one is only 5 hours old. Yea not likely. They don’t care about quality at this location. Will never be back to this one. Also I tried to claim a drink reward at the register and their scanner doesn’t work. Soda machines out of syrup. This location is awful. Don’t waste your time or money go to the one on main street where they value you as a customer

Expect to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for your food if you place an online order for a specific time. Luckily the food is good, but you’d better hope you don’t have somewhere to be.
