Almost every time, something is missing or the wings have no sauce or even once, the queso lid had completely melted off and they still handed it to me. So, it goes without saying, check your orders before leaving!! When they do get it right/fix what's wrong, the food is good.

He then proceeds to say there’s one waiter on staff and he needed me to wait 10 minutes before I could be seated. I asked if I could just seat myself & He said “No” again with the pointing of the finger. I proceeded to turn around and walk out. What a joke of an establishment and the fact this is even a chain blows my mind. Go to Chili’s across the street, much better service and happy to serve you unlike this place!!!!! Laughable

- RMroslin morrisDec 11, 20252.0So basically the management seems pretty bad. and there’s a fruit fly family in the men’s bathroom. and it always smells like piss in there i don’t think the management makes sure the floors are mopped every night and the urinal cakes don’t seem to get changed. the sinks are covered in a grey residue from soap and not being cleaned properly. The only time it is clean is in the mornings. but around 5-11pm it is not clean enough. I truly recommend making the trip up to loveland instead of bothering at this one.
