Was pretty excited when my drink of choice since December became a featured drink this last week! I am a regular that always orders a large mocha freeze with 2 extra shots of espresso. Including my tip my total is 11.71. Over the weekend I went to my local Dutch to grab my drink. I noticed that my total was 12.96 even though I had requested no soft top. I brought it up at the window and was told the featured drink is discounted so not paying any extra. Well I went through today and ordered a different flavor, large mocha with 2 extra shots... low and behold my price was 11.71 after tip. You took my favorite drink since Decemeber and made it a featured drink and screwed me over. Yes it is "only 1.25" but that adds up with as often as I come through. This is not ok and it is not discounted obviously

The broista at 6:37pm talked to the person in the car in front of us for an obscene amount of time. Was in line for my drink in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Horrible service.

They get two stars for greeting me like a human. Other than that, a $6 dollar drink turned into an $8 drink because I was up-selled without knowing it. I was asked if I wanted soft top or whip cream like it was a choice. No mention of it being extra. It's pretty sad when you have to do underhanded tactics to make money. I wasn't even sure if there was any coffee in it to be honest. Didn't feel anything except milk coma. Even if I liked the flavor I wouldn't be back. I don't support businesses that rip you off in the name of business. They don't even have their small sizes listed so you think you only have two choices, and they won't tell you unless you ask. Sad and pathetic. Starbucks kills everything about Dutch Brothers.

Asked for no ice and got this I guess there is a new policy where you have to pay extra to get the full cup you’ve already paid for, which is unbelievable and we’ve had no problems before ordering drinks with no ice but just disappointing.

The employee working the line buster on March 18th around 9am needs better customer service and better judgment when handling the line.
I pulled up to one of the lanes this morning and she was outside taking orders when I got there. Another car then pulled into the other lane after me, but she chose to take their order first instead. I let that go since I had a mobile order and figured I could just ask for my drink at the window.
While she was taking their order, the cars in front of us started pulling up and left a gap. I started moving forward to close it so I could get to the window and ask for my drink, and she ran in front of my car to stop me while finishing the other cars order. Which has never happened to me.
When she came to my car to take my order, I told her I had a mobile order. She said she would go get my drink, but that I still needed to stay behind the other car because they “got there first,” which was not true.
The whole situation was handled poorly. The people in the other car started waving at me to go in front of them in an obnoxiously since they were aware I had already received my drink. There were unnecessary and insulting gestures though. It made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary, and the employee did nothing to address it.
I know this location is really inefficient, but I’ve never had a problem with the employees or their customer service before, which made this experience even more frustrating and unexpected.

We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
