  Waited 28min for our food. Drive thru never let us know we would be waiting, never came back to the window. We pulled around the front and went in to get our order. They just said sorry we're short staffed. Then we were missing fries, went back in to get them and they told us that wasn't included on the order but they could give us free fries. We told them that doesnt cost the same, the lady was rude and short about it, just said I don't know why we didn't give you the meal. After all that back and forth they just refunded part of the meal, very poor manners, no please or thank you's. We asked who we could speak to about the wait and she just said "Google it" This location needs help. Store was dirty, you could see how dirty it was just from looking in the drive thru window. Looked like only 3 people were working. These employees need help and a re training on customer service.

  Under staffed and poorly managed. The employees are truly trying their best. But they keep having to stop taking orders, so they can get caught up. Its was has been between a 30 minute and hour long wait to get food. The employees are over worked and so stressed out. They are getting yelled at. I am so surprised they handle the nonsense as well as they do. They need to stop sending out promotions and allowing people to place orders on the app until the management of this location is improved. This poorly managed location is doing harm to the brand here in longmont.
