- SVSpencer Vandergriend6 days ago1.0The menu shows a Big Mac meal is 9.49, but I was charged 10.09 pre-tax. It’s only 60 cents so nothing crazy, but it’s misadvertised and seems dishonest if they’re getting 1,000 customers to pay extra every day.

We're told they were trying to find it! No napkins on our tray . Which they keep behind the counter! Just because you go to a kiosk system doesn't mean you stop with customer service. Would have rated lower than one

Over the past few years it seems like they retain a lot of the same employees, which I assume/hope is because they are treated well. Super awesome staff and I always feel great when I come by. Highly recommend!
