I find it really hard to believe both the soda machine and the freeze machine are out of order. I worked at taco bell and know they run seperate of eachother. Also there was no sour cream on my chalupa.
- AWArcher WilliamsOct 16, 20251.0Terrible service had a mobile order when I got to the window they had marked my order as completed without even making it then told me to wait up front and after about 8 mins my food came but they didnt bring my drinks so when I asked for them politely the worker groaned and complained that i ordered "the hard ones to make" then took another 2 minutes for someone to bring those out and one was wrong but I didn't feel like trying to get it corrected- when I got home I was missing multiple tacos from my boxes and things weren't in the boxes they where supposed to be also our items where made completely incorrect and didn't have the things a ordered more importantly it was so expensive to get wich is the most frustrating part id be lest frustrated if it was like 14 bucks but it was almost 35 bucks for 2 boxes amd 4 fiesta potatoes I won't be coming back especially if the service is this terrible for that much ill gist go to mcdonalds where they'll atleast get my order wrong for cheaper
