  I live in the neighborhood next to this location, and will purposely drive the extra 10 minuets to go to the other location. Not a single time I have gone to this location (well over 7-8) they have managed to mess up my two item order. I explicitly ask for NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE on ANYTHING since I have an allergy (that being my ONLY) modification, and like clockwork every single time it comes with chipotle sauce making my meal inedible. Whatever your hiring status quo is, needs to be reviewed and raised, because genuinely this isn't rocket science.

  Although this TB has been open for less than 6 months, it feels like this location is falling apart. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Parker Rd - they'll actually get your order right

  was in line for 20 mins. Told to pull up front..along with 3 other cars...30 mins go by, pulled into drive thru again to ask and was told "we just finished it" I said; perfect can someone bring it out? And was told no not enough people... forced to wait ANOTHER 20 MINS in line... and on the way out, the other cars in the front were gone ! Either they go tired of waiting OR someone went out EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD OTHERWISE! either way an hour for an online order is insane. What a disappointment. Didn't even get sauce I asked for. Do better.

  Worst experience. Mobile ordered. Food took 48 MINUTES. Showed up and checked in through the drive thru. Was told to pull around and park in front. 25 minutes later and 5 cars later I pull around the drive thru again to check on the order. They say its ready but to stay in the drive thru. MIND YOU THERES 3 OTHER VEHICLES IN FRONT. I asked them to just bring it outside like they had ORIGINALLY INSTRUCTED. They say no and that they would prefer it if we stayed in the drive thru. Asked for extra sauce. Got nothing. When I received my food they included 2 free taco coupons and a free burrito. Not necessary, as I will never return to this location again.

  I’ve lived in Lone Tree for about 6 months now and Taco Bell has always been my fall back. This Taco Bell consistently delivers with food quality and customer service whether I’m there for breakfast, lunch, or the midnight food run, I’m always greeted kindly and the food is delivered in a prompt and delicious manner. Pay these people more, they’re killing it.
