  Unlike other Krispy Kreme locations, they never give a free doughnut or sample (at least when I’ve been there). They also give you cold doughnuts from the case and their size is inconsistent for the original glazed. Prefer the Thornton location, this one is unfortunately closer to me.

  Decided on a whim to stop by and walk in for fun, was greeted by a warm mini doughnut sample and the worker even pulled our doughnuts from the belt instead of the case! amazing! best doughnuts i’ve had in a long time!!

  Just picked up 4 dozen, a single donut and half dozen. I wasn't sure if my order was ready so i waited. Firstly the whole staff I encountered was very kind, but the person who treated me to a donut was my hero. It was a really rough day and with everything going on, a little bit of kindness went a long way. Thank you to the employee who approached me in the lobby and gave me my first ever in my life fresh Krispy Kreme donut. You are the best.

  Worst customer service experience. I went there because they were running a promotion for a free donut for Fat Tuesday. When I got there I placed an order for couple of donuts and asked about the promotion. The lady that took my order said they weren’t running such a thing. So I pulled out my phone a showed her the picture from their website and she still wouldn’t honor it. I asked politely if there was misunderstanding and if I could talk speak to someone else and she said she the manager. It was pointless to try and reason with her so I just left without my order. Way to treat your paying customer Krispy Kreme do better. Needless to say I’ll never be back, no wonder why all other locations have been shut down.

  Overall the hotel is pretty decent. The bed isn't nearly as comfortable as I would have hoped. The biggest frustration is that this hotel looks to nickel and dime you to death throughout your entire stay. Sure, the room price isn't bad, but you have to pay for an extra dinner at the hotel. Plus you have to pay if you want breakfast. Plus if you want good Wi-Fi it's an extra $5 a day. And don't forget that if you want the complimentary a bottle of water, it's not complimentary, it's $3. This is why I usually stay at a Marriott, where you get all of these features and you don't have to pay extra for them. While the room was fine, all of these extra charges have inspired me to not stay at a Hilton next time.
