- DTDeborah TurgeonDec 17, 20253.0Unfortunately this is the only Krispy Kreme close to office, I pick up donuts for the team every month, the cashier is always pleasant. The issue is that almost every time I have ordered a black Americano it is wrong. 4-5 different attempts and they either put milk and sugar or it is just a regular coffee. I spoke to a manager once and he was super helpful-immediately offering to provide a free one next visit, so I gave them another chance but should have known better. Not sure if there is a training issue...today I called and the girl was polite and said the machine was broken and they didn't know it. When I asked if they would correct it, she said someone was coming out to fix machine, never offered to replace or refund. The conversation turned to defensive and it was not worth my time to continue. Very sad that they don't try to make it right, I wont be back for either coffee or donuts now....$30 bucks is a lot to spend to run into attitude.... Suggestion for all is to check your beverages and food before you leave....or give the business to a local baker that cares.
