  Despite explicitly having the "served upside down or the next one is free" sign up, and I read the small print, I was denied the coupon for the free blizzard. If you are going to do that, then actually serve then upside down. I turned it upside down 3 times talking to the worker, then he just whined about their long line. My friends also had their blizzards served without being upside down. Oh and since the small print is almost unreadable, heres the statement: " upside down at participating locations. Limit one per person. Only one blizzard treat is served upside down in the drive thru and on multiple orders. Coupon for a free small blizzard treat can be redeemed on the next visit. ". I see that your customer relationship team replies to these, so please send me a coupon for a free small blizzard treat.

  Asked for soft serve and received frozen whipped cream in a cone. I've had DQ soft serve before. This was not it: dimpled and unmelting. Someone must've mixed up the ingredients in the mixer. After paying $5 for a small, I expected something closer to ice cream. I should've thrown the $5 bill in the garbage instead; I would have been less disappointed.
