  Ordered door dash from this location for a quick meal in a pinch. My food arrived and barely even touched the edges of the container and there was little to no protein. I already pay a premium to have it delivered, but then to not even be full after eating it was a really big let down. After seeing this location already has 3.8 stars before my review, I should have checked and ordered from somewhere else. Thanks for the rice and cheese Chipotle.

  This place always screws up my door dash order. Never once have they ever prepared my food the way I ordered it. Tonight my chicken still had the bones in it!!!! They also consistently give you much less than other Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Never ordering from here ever again. Worst Chipotle!! Look at how Chipotle responds to all of the comments which are majority bad “reach out to us blah blah blah…” lol how sad is their customer service and support.

  I want to take a moment to acknowledge an experience that genuinely mattered to me. I’ve been to several Chipotle locations over the years, and as someone with allergies, I always ask the same simple question: “I have allergies—can you change your gloves?” More often than not, that request is met with subtle resistance, eye-rolling, or the unspoken assumption that I’m being difficult. That feeling—of not being heard—sticks with you. That did not happen here. Jimmy removed his gloves immediately. No attitude. No hesitation. No sighs. Just respect. He made my allergens feel heard. My situation mattered. My voice wasn’t dismissed or minimized. I was treated with dignity, and that alone made a difference before the food even hit the grill. And the food? Perfect. Not everyone likes their food made the same way. I like my quesadilla crunchy, not soggy—and this one was exactly that. Perfectly cooked, intentional, and done with care. Because of the way I was treated, I actually ate all of my food. I didn’t leave frustrated or upset from poor service. I left satisfied—because kindness changes the entire experience. When I got out of the military, Chipotle was one of the first places I worked at. I know the core values. I know the mission. And I know those values haven’t changed—sometimes they just need to be remembered.
