Got the worst food poisoning we have ever had! The food was also unbearably salty so we could not even eat certain sides! The salt was poured in by massive amounts!!

Wow, what a frustrating day with chipotle. My poor door dasher, who was a senior and had a broken arm had to go back multiple times to recheck everything was in the order (because things kept showing up missing) and they promised him it was before he left again. Well, half the order was missing so I had to spend another $100 re-ordering the chicken build-your-own bowl. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store for a refund or reorder. l've ordered here so many times and something is forgotten every time.
I'm extremely frustrated with how much extra work this has created and the inability to get $100 back for a build your own bowl. That's stealing, btw.
