My poor door dasher, who was a senior and had a broken arm had to go back multiple times to recheck everything was in the order (because things kept showing up missing) and they promised him it was before he left again. Well, half the order was missing so I had to spend another $100 re-ordering the chicken build-your-own bowl. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store for a refund or reorder. l've ordered here so many times and something is forgotten every time. I'm extremely frustrated with how much extra work this has created and the inability to get $100 back for a build your own bowl. That's stealing, btw.

I tried the new carne asada and will def be getting that next time! That new red chimichurri sauce is incredible! Hubby and I are very hopeful it will be around permanently!! Every time I go to this location it is a good experience! The staff is always friendly and they give very good portions! I’m in and out in no time and never disappointed!! Keep up the good work!

You can tell her other co workers are annoyed with her. Texting with her gloves on and serving customers. Management needs to do something to help their staff cause watching her service is horrible. Plus, the chips were stale 😴
