- MLMichael LovinsNov 2, 20251.0Ordered 2 sanwhich's online. I walked in, it wasnt ready (even though the app said it was). She said she was still working on it. I told her "ok, no problem" I went outside for a few minutes, came back in and she was helping someone else that walked in after I went in the first time. I went to the counter and noticed only 1 of the two sandwiches was ready. She said "can you come back in 5 minutes it's still not ready". I said " no, i never left i just was outside for a few minutes, it would be best if I wait right here i think". Then the sandwich bread was old and hard. Paid extra for avocado, didn't get that. They did add onions which I didn't want though. Worst subway visit ever.

When i told her I had an online order she rudely told me it would be some time. I waited patiently and then when she gave me my food I told her I know you’re flustered but I hope you have a better night. She ignored me. Got home and my sandwich was slopingly put together. Paid for the extra protein and it barely had any chicken on the sandwich. All n all it was a great experience. Thanks subway !!!!!!!!!!!

My flatbread came uncooked, they didn’t put the sauces that I had on there, so I have an uncooked dry sandwich, I called to see if they would remake it or make it right and she said no it was extremely rude with me and told me they are out of the Baja chipotle sauce and I said I feel like I should’ve been contacted about that or asked if I wanted something else, and she said “we were busy” !? I understand being busy, but I literally had to have you personally hand me my sandwiches you didn’t think to mention it then? The problem isn’t just that my order was wrong and unfinished it’s primarily the way I was treated
