    West Bellview and Wads. 😡 When did Wendy's stop putting lettuce and tomatoes on their Dave's sandwiches? When did they stop putting a napkin in the bag? I bought this about 30 minutes ago

    I had a large mobile order they never started my order took over 20 mins to receive my order, during my wait multiple customers complained about cold food and slow service I was understanding, patient and accepted my food would be cold, the cashier expressed to the other customers that my order was the reason for slow, and inconvenient service stating sorry for the wait I've been stuck on this order for over 20mins motioning to my order in an upset manor, when I receive my food I was holding my 2 yr old I asked twice for a plastic bag for my food I was denied and told make extra trips to take it all, which is difficult when you have a fussy 2 year old, at no point was I offered any help to my car, once I reached my car the bottom of the paper bag tore and one of my strawberry lemonades dosed my chicken sandwiches and burgers. The review isn't based on the quality of the food the inconvenience of the wait time but more so the appreciation of your patient and understanding customers, and all I asked for was a plastic bag, I didn't ask for help I didn't ask to remake my entire order I never complained I just wanted a bag.

    Drive thru took forever. 7:15pm and it took almost 30min for 4 cars to get thru. Multiple people parked got food and left before even one of us received our food in the drive thru.

    Horrible experience, food was cold and when I called the manager Joe was very unprofessional saying he doesn’t know how that’s possible because they make the fries every 30 seconds. Idk Joe but it was. Then he told he he was only going to remake the fries and one burger. The whole order was cold and nasty, saggy and cold. I called corporate and they were no help as well. This is why we don’t go to Wendy’s and we will not be going back.
