    Asked for a straw in the drive through. We are travelling from Australia and have a different accent but the worker had the audacity to go "you said strore" or something along the lines with a weird look on her face after she didn't understand us and we explained for the drink. I explained we are from Australia to which she replies "oh you must not be from around here". Correct! People other than Americans exist and in the 7 times I've travelled to america this is officially the worst interaction I've had regarding my accent and where I am from! Will not be returning. Also the iced tea tastes like water.

    We went to pick up an online order in the drive thru and the workers were extremely rude and when we got home we discovered they forgot the 5 cookies we had ordered. I contacted the manager Rose who reached out to me by email and asked how they could make it right. I asked for a refund she offered me a gift card or I could go back to the restaurant for the refund. I chose the gift card. Rose asked for an address to send the gift card to and I gave it to her. That email was sent on 10/01/25 and I have yet to receive my gift card. It's not a lot of money, but it's still frustrating to have paid for something I never received and then having to do so much work just to get my money back. Every time we've been to this location too the workers are rude and barely acknowledge you and almost always forget sauces or utensils.
