We (as average people), were already refusing to go there because they've gotten so skimpy for the large price tag. Last night, we went to this Qdoba for the first time in a LONG time. We're both so happy with the value we received! The food is delicious (I'm sitting here eating the cholula chicken taco and it has great flavor even the next day). Marketing team, I am willing to bet you'd gain back some previous customers and maybe even gain more if you lean into the struggles people are feeling, and the value return for your dollar in the product. I've left Chipotle feeling ripped off and upset. I did not leave Qdoba yesterday feeling that. Mark your flag that you're here to provide fresh quality at a reasonable price. There's a reason so many are loyal to Arizona Iced Tea and Costco...
