  The manager-DAMIEN very rude. Just asked if they could move their food delivery truck from blocking two exits making cars leave the opposite of the one way to the entrance of the shopping mall. DAMIEN said nothing they could do and defended the driver who was also rude and didn’t care he was blocking two of the three exits. DAMIEN told me “if you don’t like it, don’t come back.” Guess what, Damien- I won’t. You just opened in our neighborhood and I won’t return. I’ll go across the street to the SUBWAY. Glad that Jimmy John’s is doing so well, especially this location, that they can be rude and tell customers if they don’t like it don’t come back in those exact words. Poor customer service. The worst.

  Luke warm iq people on the line. Didn't hear my no tomato request on top of it being rang in correct. then blames me for their missing sandwich. Didn't label the sandwiches so hand to disassemble everything cause reason doesnt exist. Id stay away from this place. They seem to be incoherently high

  Food is average but has a good consistency. Prices are high for a sandwich. But overall a good spot to get a fast bite.

  The sandwiches and wraps were a huge hit at our our Eagle Scout Court of Honor. We appreciate the extra touches and precautions you took to ensure all our guests were able to enjoy our celebratory luncheon. Thank you again!

  Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars has to be because of the price. $36 for two sandwiches, chips, and drink is a little absurd.
