  I'm so frustrated with this location. Extremely inconsistent, and NEVER fast, let alone "freaky fast." Tonight, I decided to do a review, because I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I feel badly for the workers, they're so kind when I call and obviously understaffed at night and therefore overworked, but you can't advertise something that isn't true. I placed my order at 7:02. I called 50 minutes later to check on my order because waiting that long is outrageous. I was told that the only people working were the person making the sandwiches (and answering the phone) and the person delivering. My order had just left the store and I was second on the route. He said it should be here in 15 minutes. It arrived at 8:15. An hour and 15 minutes is too long and this is the 4th time I've had to call and check on my orders because they all took nearly that long or longer. I've never been upset about my food, but this time the bread was over cooked and soggy on the ends from waiting to be delivered. I ordered through the app and didn't receive a tracking notification for the order leaving the store or being delivered. All together disappointed. If there aren't enough employees, it's time to open up to 3rd party delivery.
