  Just ordered lunch to be delivered. Got a call saying delivery person had an emergency which is fine. My colleague drove down and picked it up. They added a cookie to the order we thought was a gift. Turns out they thought it was to cover the delivery fee. We called them, they won't comp the delivery fee until we order again. I don't even want a cookie. The cookie was definitely not be worth the $4.50 delivery fee. What happened to customer service?

  I love Jimmy John’s, and go to one at least once a week. The Saturday crew at this location has terrible attitude, though! Won’t be back to this one.

  Me and my wife came in the other morning on Saturday around 10:30am. The service was very fast and had very fresh subs! The one thing above it all though was one of your employees dealing with two very rude and unpleasant women yelling at the worker for asking if they were buying a sub or not. The lady immediately started yelling at the worker calling him racist! Which he was not in anyway! Both women seemed to only want to use the restroom as they had toothbrushes and clothes to change into, I think the worker not only handled it amazingly but also as a place me and my family like to come eat we do not want to deal with people coming in and trying to do things they can do at home at the jimmy John’s bathroom that is utterly disgusting and I would suggest making your restrooms private or for customers only to prevent further issues with people who honestly appeared to be homeless and loitering. But as far as the staff and food it was absolutely wonderful and I’m just sorry your employees have to deal with such disrespectful customers!

  Jimmy John's sandwiches used to be so good - now they truly taste like cardboard; to add to this audacity, prices have gotten sky high. I have taken them off my list for good - enough is enough.
