  We went to pick up an online order in the drive thru and the workers were extremely rude and when we got home we discovered they forgot the 5 cookies we had ordered. I contacted the manager Rose who reached out to me by email and asked how they could make it right. I asked for a refund she offered me a gift card or I could go back to the restaurant for the refund. I chose the gift card. Rose asked for an address to send the gift card to and I gave it to her. That email was sent on 10/01/25 and I have yet to receive my gift card. It's not a lot of money, but it's still frustrating to have paid for something I never received and then having to do so much work just to get my money back. Every time we've been to this location too the workers are rude and barely acknowledge you and almost always forget sauces or utensils.

  Great food!!!! We have 5 kids and come here often. Great Wendys location. We were just helped by Carroll and she was extremly nice. Thank you.

  First of all the AI, drive through ordering is ridiculous. Half the time it doesn’t even understand you. Second of all you only get to have one little one ounce dipper of sauce with your order for free. If you want a second little one ounce dipper of sauce you have to pay 50 cents?!?! That whole thing isn’t even made for 50 cents! This is a complete rip off and total joke! One of these is barely enough to eat 4 chicken nuggets with! Let alone if I wanted to have some with my fries too! To boot when I asked about another sauce, I was told 50 cents for any extra sauces, and when I asked if she was serious, I got the window slammed in my face. Good luck getting my money again at this location! Possibly any of them!

  Waited my entire lunch behind 4 cars. Had to leave and go back to work because I was in line for 30 minutes. I am now at work hungry.
