    The FreshAI drive through experience is terrible. I visited this location once in December and once in January and each time had the same experience, where the FreshAI didn’t recognize me at the drive through, even after speaking to hopefully prompt it to recognize my presence, as if my car sitting at the speaker isn’t enough. The employees then get irritated when you eventually pull forward and tell them at the window you have a mobile order. I’d much rather visit a different Wendy’s location that does not have the FreshAI manning the drive through (thankfully not all Wendy’s have the FreshAI yet).

    I watched the cashier bare hand my food after using the register. I asked the manager politely if I could get a replacement. She said yes, took the bag back, waited 2 min and gave me the same food back. Disgusting. I'm following up with corporate. It's common sense and courtesy. Mostly I don't appreciate pretending to make a replacement.

    Horrible service. No communication skills by the larger bearded man who took my order, forced me to get a drink, when I asked for no drink, and gave me the wrong sauce.

    I’ve reviewed this Wendy’s before, and honestly nothing has changed. I make my order crystal clear every time, and somehow they still manage to mess it up. I’ve lived here 4 years — the first 2 were fine, but lately something goes wrong EVERY SINGLE VISIT. My order is simple and barely changes, yet they still give me the wrong item, the wrong version, or something totally random I didn’t even ask for. The worst was when the chicken sandwich meal I got for my mom turned into an ICE-COLD breakfast burrito. Not warm. Not fresh. ICE cold. Completely wrong. At this point, it’s just double disappointment every time — wrong food, no proper fix. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. And if you’re wondering why I even keep trying… it’s the closest Wendy’s, and yeah, I love the Baconator. But honestly? Every time I go back, I end up regretting it. It’s just not worth it anymore.
