    It's a Wendy's, it will take longer than you think to get your food. Oh, they have baked potatoes. Great when your sick, and this is colorado.

    Well for starters its bad enough when the employees cant get the order right. I didnt know it could be so difficult to make an iced coffee with cream on bottom, cold foam on top 🤦‍♀️ apparently it is though. They didnt put cream in at all! This has happened numerous times. Then you add in their new AI ordering at the drive thru😒 "Im sorry im not finding any cold pearl on the menu"🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ This is what AI partial means. It took a partial order before someone asked what i was wanting. Won't come here again

    This is the WORST wendys I've ever been to as far as waits. Its 840 pm. I just left the drive thru line because there was a truck ahead of me sitting in silence waiting for someone to come take their order. No other cars ahead of the truck, no one in the restaurant. A small female is sitting at the pick up window as i drove off. What is she doing?! Not taking orders, not cooking not cleaning. There is zero excuses for this at 840PM. It's one thing if you come to the speaker and say sorry for the wait I'm just waiting on something and we will be with you but this person is just letting customers sit in silence. FIX THIS LOCATION!

    I was just there, Daniella was amazing. I thought I bought two sandwiches, but I didn't. She was more than willing to make it right, even though I was in the wrong. Thank you lady!!

    Fries tasted old and were not fresh, Burgers were charred and tough, nuggets were super crunchy as if they too were old for $33?!?! No sauces. Half the menu wasn’t even in stock. Could’ve just went down to chikfila to get 2 meals for $22 with fresher and better ingredients. 0/5
