  if I could give this a zero star, I would, the surface was terrible. Had to wait like 20 minutes to even get food. And my friends food has never came and we’ve been here for 45 minutes

  Waited for my food for 20 minutes after it was done ordered in store. Got home open it up to two tiny grilled cheese burritos cold. Zero nacho fries and no sauces.

  Screw every other Taco Bell I ordered...ever....i door dash and the genius who made my order which was a crunchy taco put another crunchy shell around it so after the taco arrived to my house it was crunchy as hell....... Fire all the managers and corporate this person is a god damn genius and should be running the company..... This god damn person needs a raise and a position high up, I might vote for this individual as president. If I had money other then for tacos I would buy him a yacht

  The guy at the drive through talks down to you and is pretty rude, then rudely shoves the bag at you missing food and zero hot sauce packets after asking multiple times which ones you want. I don’t expect five star service at Taco Bell but a little bit of competency and personality would go a long way. This guy probably shouldn’t be running the window

  This location has gotten significantly worse over the last few months. Staff doesn’t care the orders are wrong. The lobby is disgusting, dirty, and full of trash. You can definitely tell there’s been a change in stuff. And they purposely keep it at like 40° in there when it’s freezing outside to keep people from eating in the dinning room. They will tell you something has been discontinued when it hasn’t so you will go up the street to another Taco Bell where you’ll get better service and what you asked for all because they don’t wanna work.
