Supposed to be open at 6 am and several times now (twice just this week) was there at 6:15 - 6:20 am and they were not open. Very poor management. Very frustrating.

Service sucks. Made an online order for 1 drink and waited over 15 min in a stall and then decided to go to the drive thru and was told" oh sorry". Will go to a different location

Their prices are much higher than what is listed on the menu. An employee told me months ago that there is no way for them to lower the price to match what it said on the menu, and that drive thru board has not been updated in years. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

horrible service every time we come here. they take minutes or don’t respond when trying to order in the drive through and when they fail to respond to you through the speaker for 5+ minutes they stare at you through the drive through window and won’t open it. every time it’s atleast 15-20 minutes spent in the line.
