When I called to see what the issue was, they had cancelled my order due to an address issue. They didn’t inform me - I had to call them. The manager offered to have the pizza sent out at no cost. The manager, Tyler, stated it would be to my address in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I call and ask where the food is and he states that door dash driver just got to his location and they are at the mercy of door dash so he doesn’t know when it will be to my address. As I express my frustration, he tells me he is voiding my order and to call HR to complain. Well done Tyler! Take no accountability for your mistakes or for your errors in timing. Tyler sucks! Go elsewhere!
