  The place is always a little scruffy. Floor is not really clean.... Handprints all over the stoves..... paper on the floors, especially in the afternoon.... Picked a bug out of my takeout salad.... Something is not right here.....

  I travel around the city for my work and have been to many Panera's. This is by far the worst. We were working at Aspen Grove temporarily and ate here several times. The food is sloppily thrown together like the staff clearly does not care. There is little customer service. You can tell that the staff is just there to get a paycheck. Clearly a very poorly run Panera. The food here is on the pricier side so I expect to get good food that is prepared with some care. That is not what you will get at this particular location.

  Don’t bother ordering for pick up here if you’re on a time crunch, not only do they just never have it together, but they’re the only Panera that doesn’t leave the bags out at rapid pick up so you wait 15 minutes in line while your ready food just sits behind the register getting cold. I hate this location.

  Bathroom code given out was wrong, so there was a line of people waiting. No paper towels in men’s room. Huge stacks of dirty dishes all over the trash counter, even covering the trash holes. Dirty restaurant. Needs a good deep cleaning. Nasty stained carpets. Line of about 10 people waiting to order from a human. No one using self service tablets. Food is way overpriced. Current prices would be fair, only if (and this is a huge if) the portions were bigger, service was faster and friendlier, restaurant was much cleaner, and experience was actually pleasant. You all have a lot of work to do to even make me think about coming back.

  Ethan was extremely helpful at the counter and gave a detailed list of his favorites running through all of the major categories. Outstanding food and friendly service with a smile on their face! The atmosphere is only getting a 4/5 due to the music being quiet. Otherwise the entire experience was wonderful!
