The food is sloppily thrown together like the staff clearly does not care. There is little customer service. You can tell that the staff is just there to get a paycheck. Clearly a very poorly run Panera. The food here is on the pricier side so I expect to get good food that is prepared with some care. That is not what you will get at this particular location.

Huge stacks of dirty dishes all over the trash counter, even covering the trash holes. Dirty restaurant. Needs a good deep cleaning. Nasty stained carpets. Line of about 10 people waiting to order from a human. No one using self service tablets. Food is way overpriced. Current prices would be fair, only if (and this is a huge if) the portions were bigger, service was faster and friendlier, restaurant was much cleaner, and experience was actually pleasant. You all have a lot of work to do to even make me think about coming back.
