  Literally the slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Not just once but every single time. I waited 20 minutes the last time. I thought they were supposed to be freaky fast? The sandwiches are good but not worth the wait.

  I got a totally tuna and added onion, kickin ranch, oil and vinegar, oregano, jimmy peppers as freebies and got absolutely none on the sandwich. I mean on the receipt you have to be blind to miss all those toppings. Whatever they are paying the dude who made my sandwich they are paying him way to much. It’s one thing to miss a topping or two but every single one? If I could press charges I would.

  I ordered catering for a business lunch online and put the wrong date. I called the store the day of at noon and they were able to get me my order! They saved the lunch meeting!

  This location delivered to me dozens of times. I call in for an order and the manager decides that today they won't deliver to my address. He reads off all the times they have delivered to me and states "they shouldn't have delivered to you". Seems like he just wanted to be abrasive.
