Yesterday, my boyfriend and I came here for 2 pretzel double dippers toasted with the cheese on the side and they weren't sliced. It was fine so we took them home to slice them but today my boyfriend came in alone and ordered the same thing except sliced and untoasted. He came home to see 2 cold bagels with the cheese on them while our other bagel that was requested to be toasted was not. So we go back and let the cashier know which was the same one we ordered from yesterday. She told us that it was our fault since we didn't say double dippers when this is a new item and the cheese sauce is new. She never asked any clarifying questions at all when my boyfriend came in. We heard her and the other employees talking and they even told her she rung it up wrong but she still came over and made us feel like we were stupid. She told us it would be remade and sliced for us but when we got home it was not sliced, barely toasted and the cheese was everywhere since they were so aggressively filled up. I'm extremely disappointed, I have replaced my once 5 star glowing review with this one. We are never coming back and we suggest anyone else goes to a different location.
