- DSDaniel Street1 day ago1.0Waited 45 minutes in line because they weren't taking orders except besides at the window. Due to "extreme weather" but there wasn't any "extreme" weather. See photo. Would've left line but there were people behind and in front of me.

The employees don’t even offer to fix it right away, didn’t have time to sit and wait around. The girl couldn’t even figure out how to cancel the order so I paid $8 for nothing definitely will stop doing to Dutch and will find somewhere else. Can’t even reach customer service to get a refund.

I do wish they had some more food options but I understand why they don't

- AHA HFeb 13, 20261.0I don't know man... Two drive-thru lines and y'all got people outside taking orders and it still took 24 mins for a coffee at 10:15 am. Fine place if you're stoned and wanting a milkshake for a coffee; do not go if you are trying to get your daily cup. We live around the corner and literally don't touch this location anymore unless we jokingly want 20 mins to reply to emails while we wait in line.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
