The establishment requested i call back the following day for a refund which I did. The manager personally apologized for the product and explained that their oven was malfunctioning the whole day. He attempted to refund far more than the brownie was worth which I wouldn't allow. Prime example of an establishment owning a mistake and doing right by its customer! Will be back for sure.
